Frederick Michael Ament, age 67 of Monroe, Tennessee passed from this life on August 13, 2020 at Livingston Regional Hospital.

The son of John and Desta (Lewis) Ament, he was born January 23, 1953 in Michigan. Fred grew up in Warren MI and attended Center Line Public Schools.

Fred was a auto body man, his passion was cars, music and sports. Fred loved his brothers sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

He is survived by sisters Laura Thomas of Texas, Sharon West of TN, Susan Williams of TN and Karen Clough-Drehmer of Ohio.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: John and Thomas Ament.
