Julia was a long time member of Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church. Julia was a member of The Legion of Mary and Sodality of Our Lady. She was an avid gardener and took great pride in her flowers and yard, loved to play cards and spend time with her family and friends. Her family was of the utmost importance to her.

Burial followed at Holy Cross Cemetery 1300 Hayes Street Pensacola, Florida.
